How do online orders work?
- Place your order on the website and click “Place order” at checkout.
- We receive your order by email at Sweetsland.
- We check stock on the shelves.
- We calculate the correct delivery / courier cost and all Deal Discounts for your parcel.
- We send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp with:
- Final total
- Delivery / collection details
- Your payment options (EFT or payment link).
- Only after you receive this confirmation do you make payment.
When do I pay?
You do not pay immediately on the website.
After you place your order:
- We first confirm stock and delivery cost and Deal Discounts.
- Then we send you:
- Our EFT bank details, or
- A secure card payment link (Yoco) if you prefer.
- Or arangements for Local delivery (Flam
This protects both you and us – you only pay once we are sure we can supply everything.
What if something is out of stock?
If an item is not available in full:
You decide what you want before you pay.
We will email you with options:
A similar replacement,
A smaller quantity, or
Removing that item.
1. Is everything on your website available in-store?
Most items are available both online and in-store. Everything comes from our physical shop in Flamwood – we do not dropship. If something is out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you with options or a refund.
2. Can I collect my order at the shop?
Yes. You can choose collection at the shop when you order online or confirm collection via WhatsApp. Our address is:

3. Which areas do you deliver to locally?
We deliver in and around Klerksdorp (including surrounding areas like Stilfontein, Orkney and nearby suburbs). Delivery cost depends on distance and order size.
4. Do you courier orders nationally?
Yes, we courier non-cold items (sweets, snacks, dry products) via locker and courier services such as PUDO. Frozen items and cold drinks are local only.
5. How much is delivery?
Local delivery starts from around R35 depending on distance. National courier for non-cold items usually starts from around R99 per parcel. We’ll confirm the exact amount before you pay.
6. How long does delivery take?
• Local delivery: usually same day or next working day, depending on time of order.
• National courier: normally 2–5 working days, depending on the area and courier.
7. How can I pay?
• In-store: cash or card via Yoco.
• Local delivery: cash or card, or EFT before delivery.
• Courier orders: EFT or card payment before we ship.
8. Are online prices the same as in-store?
Yes, we aim to keep prices the same. Sometimes we run online-only combo deals or specials, but our standard prices match the shop.
9. Do you supply schools and tuck shops?
Yes. We supply schools, tuck shops and small resellers. You’re welcome to contact us for bulk prices and suggestions for your budget.
10. What if something I ordered is out of stock?
We will contact you with a suitable replacement, an adjusted invoice, or a refund for that item – you choose what works best for you.
