1. Is everything on your website available?

All Items are available ,If something is out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you with options or a refund.

2. Can I collect my order at the Distribution centre?

No, sorry we will Deliver or Use Courier Guy Lockers

3. Which areas do you deliver to locally?
We deliver in and around Klerksdorp (including surrounding areas like Stilfontein, Orkney and nearby suburbs). Delivery cost depends on distance and order size.

4. Do you courier orders nationally?
Yes, we courier non-cold items (sweets, snacks, dry products) via Courier Guy Locker services.

Heavy items are local only.

5. How much is delivery?
Local delivery starts from around R35 depending on distance.

National: Courier Guy Lockers is used R99 per parcel to Loacker

To Door R149.

6. How long does delivery take?
• Local delivery: usually same day or next working day, depending on time of order.
• National courier: normally 2–5 working days, depending on the area and courier.

• Local delivery: Cash or Card.

Yes. We supply schools, tuck shops and small resellers. You’re welcome to contact us for bulk prices and suggestions for your budget.

We will contact you with a suitable replacement, an adjusted invoice, or a refund for that item – you choose what works best for you.
